PCN Neighborhood Updates

Welcome to the HOA Update Board. Each time you see our QR Boards posted, scanning them will take you here to learn about the updates within our community.

• Easter Egg Hunt: Come join us on Saturday, April 4th at 10:00 a.m. – in Prairie Meadow Park – for our neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt. It’s a great way to meet neighbors and fun for the kids!
• In the event of inclement weather, we would reschedule for Easter Sunday (April 5th) at 1:00 p.m.
• Mold / Mailboxes: Please make sure that any mold growing on the sides of your homes is removed. Also, if you need to touch up your mailboxes, please take a peak at the mailbox section of our website. Click here.
• HOA Board Meeting: Our Annual HOA Meeting has been scheduled for Monday, February 15, 2027 from 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at Cornerstone Lutheran Church, located at 4850 E. Main Street, Carmel, IN 46033. Sign-in for the meeting will begin at 6:45 p.m.
