PCN Neighborhood Updates

Welcome to the HOA Update Board. Each time you see our QR Boards posted, scanning them will take you here to learn about the updates within our community.

• Easter Egg Hunt: Come join us on Sunday, April 20th at 4:00 p.m. – in Prairie Meadow Park – for our neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt. It’s a great way to meet neighbors and fun for the kids!
• HOA Board Meeting: Our Annual HOA Meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, January 7, 2026 from 7:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at Cornerstone Lutheran Church, located at 4850 E. Main Street, Carmel, IN 46033. Sign-in for the meeting will begin at 6:45 p.m.
• Mold / Mailboxes: Please make sure that any mold growing on the sides of your homes is removed. Also, if you need to touch up your mailboxes, please take a peak at the mailbox section of our website. Click here.
