Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
The Plum Creek ACC, or Architectural Control Committee, is made up of residents within the neighborhood that have volunteered to help ensure neighborhood covenants are being adhered to during home improvement projects. Their goal is to help residents achieve their home improvement goals and avoid any complications with the covenants before a project begins. Applying for approval, before you begin your home improvement project helps you avoid any future issues or concerns over covenant violations. The bottom line, the ACC is here to help you avoid future complications with your project.
Members of the ACC include local residents…

- Brian Ayers
- Indira Hsu
