Board Meeting Calendar
Board meetings are typically held at 7p via video conference calls on the dates listed below. If you would like to join the meetings, please email the board at PlumCreekNorthHOA@gmail.com to request the link & login instructions!
Board Meeting Schedule (2024) – all meeting times are at 7:00 p.m.
- January 9h (Annual Meeting and Officer election meeting).

Annual Meeting
The next PCN HOA Annual Board Meeting will take place on January 9th, 2025 at 7p. The annual meeting typically lasts between 30-60 minutes. This meeting is the most important meeting of the year where goals are set, budgets are approved, and board members are elected.
This annual meeting will be conducted in person at Cornerstone Lutheran Church in Carmel, IN. Please email plumcreeknorthhoa@gmail.com if you have any questions about our meeting.
Community Events
Plum Creek North hosts a few community events each year. These typically include…
- Easter egg hunt in Prairie Meadow Park (Saturday before Easter)
- Neighborhood Garage Sale (Thursday – Saturday from 9a – 1p, during a weekend TBD in June)
- Neighborhood Block Party (Saturday from 4p – 8p, during a weekend TBD in September)
